*sigh*
aeligos, you are being an ass. Do you know why? I'll make it easy and tell you:
It is the idea that you seem to hold that of all the people in this thread you and you alone know how the world really works, and no one else does.
Do you know why I doubt that we are the dropped-off remnants of some super-'alien' civilization? Because there's no proof. At all.
You can tout the pyramids and the writings of ancient cultures all you like, but the pyramids weren't built with the help of aliens, or with the knowledge provided by aliens. Ancient cultures referencing what you seem to interpret as 'aliens' could very well be some drug-induced vision they had.
Remember, in the ancient world, drugs were used in some religious practices.
This whole 'I am not your enemy........What matters...is the direction of your gaze.....duration of hypnosis." That. Is. BS.
I am not hypnotized in any way. It's simply ludicrous that you could say such idiotic things.
You say that I "...actively oppress the reasons of results." and that "It will all make sense..." if I don't do so. You claim that we all have the ".....ability to see for the first time how this reality has been designed."
I accept the idea that 'reality', as in the universe, has been designed. In fact, I uphold that idea. But not for the reasons you stupidly spout. My opinion is based on faith in a supernatural, supreme being who is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent. As in, you know, God.
Not some group of pseudo-aliens that you seem to be fond of. Because like it or not, the aliens didn't put us here. They did not, have not, and will not put anyone anywhere, because sentient, sapient alien life at this point is pure conjecture. We have no reason to believe that aliens even exist, let alone are interested in an insignificant little blue marble whose inhabitants have barely climbed into space.
You may say to me 'your argument disproves the existence of your so-called God', but that's irrelevant. My belief in God is based on faith and faith alone. Not some pseudoscientific attempt to explain your convoluted views as if they are the incontrovertible truth (they aren't).
Because if we are really the descendants of some alien species living in a constructed reality, then WHERE THE FUCK ARE THEY?! And WHY THE HELL DID THEY LEAVE US HERE?!
You answer that in a logical and satisfactory manner, then maybe I'll say "meh, he might be on to something". Until then, I utterly reject out of hand your ideas.
If you're simply going to pontificate (fun word, pontificate) on the nature of reality and simply babble away at the question without really answering it, then I'll simply ask G_Bison to steer the thread back on topic.
EDIT: and what would be "...most wonderful..." about witnessing the effects of a railgun? And WTF is an "...ion disruptor..."? I'll admit, I think railguns are cool and I thought the US Navy railgun test clip was pretty awesome, but what is "...most wonderful..." about the effects?
They're interesting sure, but "...wonderful..."?
