Stardock will be closed for Easter weekend starting on Friday, April 3rd and we will be returning on Tuesday, April 7th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time, but expect delays in responses during this time.

Hi All, what does it means in the Foreign Relations Screen the negative impact

 

- Militaristic?

 

It means that other civilizations has more advanced military technology?

I think it just indicates that that AI is more aggressive, and more inclined to go to war with other races, including yours. Hence the negative modifier.

Exactly.  The given race has a higher aggression setting, which deteriorates relations and makes war more likely.
