So I fired up ToA last night for a quick duel game against the Arceans. I chose the symmetry map and played as the Altarians. I end up occupying both star systems on the right and left and the central two systems without encountering my opponent at all (except I saw his survey ship once...) I finally crush their home world. Looks like they built no ships, expanded nowhere...I played on "Normal" difficulty. What gives? The AI can't been that passive. Did I mess up in the set-up of the game?
