How to create a charater for the metaverse?

I am new to this game and I would like to know how to create a charater for the game becuase I have no Idea and I would like to know how to becuase I don't know how to create a charater for the game without it geting pop ups saying that something is wrong with the loggin charater name.

If you're not already logged into your Stardock account, you'll probably get asked when you try to visit the above link.

This page will list your current characters and allows you to edit them or add a new one.  Once you've created a character you'll be able to access them in the game when you play Metaverse mode.

this dosent help i need t know the way to make it without the pop up saying i cant for my character

i get stuck at your name is more then 30 or less then 4 yet ive done everything the directions told me to

I do, but first, I got the Ultimate Edition, and I can't find the serrial [typo] number anywhere. Not on the disc, not on the box, not even on the case. Please help me too and probaly [typo] i'll help, I will help if I can, and the computer lets me.[e digicons]:grin:[/e]
