I recently got an HP Touchsmart 300 pc runnig Windows 7. The Graphics card is an ATI Radeon HD 3200 and the processor is AMD Athlon X II 235e. Every time I start the game it says my graphics driver needs to be able to run DirectX 9.0c and advises me to make sure my drivers are newer than 2005. My driver date is 2/2010. The game always starts up fine and I can start a new game but if I save and stop after getting pretty far along in the game then come back later too load my saced game it tells me there has been a problem and the game needs to shut down. As I've said my machine is far over recommended for this software. No overheating or anything like that because I can just start a new game all over and lose my progress. No mods to the game or computer (I'm not that advanced yet) And I did purchase the game at Bestbuy not a download. Any solutions too this problem as I'm getting tired of getting over halfway through the tech tree and having to start over from scratch? Where can I find the debug info or the Smart Exception download?
