If we, at this point, forget about logistics (which is something that can't be customisized with points anyway) then we have the Arceans & Iconians who have no real fix bonuses attributed to them.
As said, all races (including the Custom Race) do still have 10 pts left for customization - and if one doesn't want to loose the above bonuses then one would need to spend them wherever there is only 0 bonus.
