It seems I've tried everything from the forums and scouring the internet but still crash at game start playing TOA. galciv2 runs just fine, was there a higher video req for TOA? I just want a recent 4x for my netbook! 
This is from my most recent try. The drivers are the newest on the intel website, but no the newest according to vista. I've tried both drivers. Tried the reg edit for langs, edited my .ini all over. at least i can play galciv2.
