probléme whit Key CD

Hello to all

I have a problem with the CD key of GC, the first time I install it never asked me the key (since I had to install it several times)

I installed the 1.40 update, launch the game, he asked me my e-mail and CD key, I give and that is what I said:

Error-activating the product

Please check the serial number that you have entered and Ensure that it is associated with the email you used. Try to activate the product again. If you are using Stardock Central you can right-click on the product and attempt to activate without reinstalling.

As noted in the autoreply you should have received, support will normally address tickets within two business days, depending on how long the queue is.

I got a ticket ID, my question and asked to support the statue says: open.

I conclude that they are spirits of processing my application?

if is yes, it is fast:)
