I just purchased GalCiv2 and the expansions.  When I launch a game from DL, I get no sliders to adjust things like taxes, espionage rate, etc, in the various submenus in the game.  They are there (if I get lucky I can click and drag them), but they aren't displaying.  When I launch from DA or TotA the issue isn't apparent.  I tried updating my graphic drivers and rebooting, but it didn't appear to make a difference.

I am running a Core I7 920 (at stock currently), 12GB of DDR3, GTX280 video card for hardware.  OS is Vista Ultimate x64.
