I have had this happen on both Vista and Windows 7 (both ultimate edition). The default mods path is set to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock Games\GalCiv2\Mods\Default". I cannot change it, it doesnt show any options (I have several mod folders in the "mods" folder), and if I make a mods folder named "default" it doesnt use any of it. At best I have been able to make the default path disappear and am left with nothing. Has anyone else experianced this? I get galaciv via impulse. I had it loaded on an XP machine and it worked fine. This problem has been consistant on my (previously) Vista and now Win 7 machine.

Former Vista was a 32 bit system and current win 7 is a 64 bit system. I have tried every combination of compatibility modes.
