Yes. This is directly that I've done. At first on Vista and now - on Win7 x86. The system is working very quickly and stably (it's only necessary to update BIOS and all drives before the patching).
Only one little thing - the Test Mode watermark on the desktop which can be removed by patching user32.dll.mui and running mcbuilder.exe in the command prompt.
What can I say else? I like Windows-7. This is really a Great Operating System that has a long future.
