the beers that I brew range in strength from weaker than commercial beer (2.5%) to as strong as strong wine (12%), but the shipping companies and post office do NOT like my shipping my beers as their delivery systems tend to breakdown as the beer passes through their systems(possibly from the fumes of alochol causing the workers to make more errors).

 and for cutting utensils, I prefer the tall guilotines as they usually have the cleanest cut.

but if you are refering to my modding utilities, yes I do use them myself, and at present I am working on an update to the mod updater so that it can better adapt mods from entrenchment to diplomacy by only updating files that start with the various headers like capital, frigate,starbase,starbaseupgrade, ability, buff, planet,planet module, planet upgrade etc, and I will keep the old generic find the same line and replace it with new line(s) ability in all entity's.

Understood. Just make sure to have all the expansions loaded from the start, cause it makes the overall game SO much tougher. And the history was pretty well set in Fallout 1 and 2, but the answer remains YES!

Fallout 3 is a close contender for my fav since Bethesda meshed RPG and FPS really nice while creating a serious and wonderous world, but Fallout gets the credit for starting it all and so comes out ahead by a longshot.

Actually in fallout the launch and the nuclear fallout were all planned. So atleast then we'll know it wasn't some stupid mistake than ended the world as we know it.

Have you heard about the Fallout MMO that's in the initial stages of planning? Also by the original. Makes me wet myself to think about it.

My only concern is the balance of an MMO. With the few armor types currently in the game, I fear power armor will become common place. Then again, I would also like to see the Deathclaws regain their particular weakness to fire.

No, havn't even heard of it, granted, I don't go hunting a lot of the stuff down. I know there's more than F1, 2 and 3, but I pretty much hover around the three. Although there's a PS2 (I thinK) version that takes place in Texas, I would love to help design a Gulf Coast story, and I think Alaska has a lot of postwar potential, but how often do the fans come up with cooler storylines than the developers? (In my opinion, a lot, but I try to be nice)
