fortunatly she and her family live about 5 hours drive away, and in a part of the country that is known for very high temperatures in summer, very cold temeratures in winter(matter of record by the weather records) and loud irritating noise through the summer(my opinion). and she wants AND NAGS EVERYBODY until they agree with her to shut her up. I found the best answer is to get her to read out various signs around the house like 'everybody needs somthing to believe in. I believe I will have a beer'( she does not like beer because of what she perceives to be it's results( reduction of inhibitions)), and she ALSO nags about the consumption of alcohol and all drugs, even foods she does not use everyday(mostly rice with a bit of carrot), and yet when she and her family visit they eat us out of home guzzling anything in the house as though they have been starving themselves before the month long visit that usually wears out thier welcome by the second week along with them kicking the household pets while spouting claims that they respect all creatures. basically they operate very double standards ie everybody do what I say, not what I do and do not call us on what we do which is against what we say.
sorry about the rant, but it does help to get it out occasionally.
