well the most improtant ingredient for good beer is the broken hearts of tesb, the more the better the beer, but for the strength it usually takes 6-8 pounds of raw sugar per 5 gallons to get a mid strength beer.

btw I have my own four beer labels that I differneciate by strength (bugger, mistorie, bosley blaster and gunpowder)

sorry, but I do not make babybottles of my beers, only samplers of 375l tasters of 750l and drinks of 1.5kL, unfortunatly I do not have any larger bottles so can not bottle in larger bottles, and the alcohol percentages range from a softdrink rating of 2.5% to a strong 12.5%, and I can make dry or bitter varieaties, BUT I do not like the high licorouis type like guinness, but do not mind the bitters and other styles. and I have just finished a 1.5kL bottle this afternoon
