in your deathcamp, the ONLY occupant IS TESB, there is no food or drink or water or shelter, just 2 acres if bare granite with 15000 foot cliffs all around, which is surrounded by pahrana infested rivers in flood so that there is NO dry ground and no trees, and surrounding that is a concentration camp for  beurocrats, they have food and water, but NO paper, pens, pencils, tables, chairs OR computers.

the food and water is so that they can suffer for the maximum amount of time without being able to do what they usually do ie shuffle pieces of paper around.

this should hold a tesb forever, or untill it dies of dehydration or starvation or the parhanas or beurocrats.
