Okay, I was watching an episode of Doctor Who and just had the most messed up thought.

What if the Doctor is Jesus?

Get this: Jesus performed miracles and the Doctor can do anything the plot deems necessary with his sonic screwdriver. Jesus then died and was resurrected while the Doctor can regenerate after a fatal blow. When Jesus' grave was open, a man who looked unlike Jesus but had the same voice and demeanor appeared while the Doctor has a whole new body but anyone who has ever known him can tell it's him. Jesus is suppose to appear again in the future and the Doctor shows up anytime he wants, it could even be 2000 years later.

If we can solve the British accent problem, we've got a theory.
