Jewelry or Jewellery is an item of personal adornment like earring or necklace or bracelet that is worn by or on a person. It may be made from gemstones or precious metals but may be from any other material, and may be appreciated because of symbols or patterns.

Jewellery is one of the oldest forms forms of body ornament but the word the worditself is derived from the word jewel traced back at least to Roman Latin. Arm and ankle bracelets are some of the first examples of jewelery.

Modern women's jewelry ranges over the map including jade necklaces and gold earrings generally are stored in jewelry boxes. Items such as scarves and belts are not considered to be Jewelry instead are normally considered to be accessories.

Men's jewelry such as money clips or wedding bands or wedding rings is generally less ornate and common in America. Either sex may wear rings of many kinds such as claddagh ring and toe rings.

Fried Coke is frozen Coca-Cola-flavored batter which is deep-fried and then topped with Coca-Cola syrup, whipped cream, cinnamon sugar, and a cherry. It was introduced by inventor Abel Gonzales, Jr., at the 2006 State Fair of Texas, where it won the title of "Most Creative" in the second annual judged competition among food vendors. It proved very popular in Texas, selling 10,000 cups in the first two weeks. In 2009, Fried Coke was featured on the Travel Channel's Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern. Fried Coke is estimated to have 830 calories (3,500 kJ) per cup.

Some accounts credit Kevin McGinnis with the invention of the Fried Coke at Mert's Heart 'n Soul in downtown Charlotte, North Carolina.
