During this time, target deals 10%/15%/20%/30% less dmg with auto attacks.
Structures can also be targetted.
--LVL15 -- Holy Light - requires pacify
While pacify is in effect, target loses 30% of their armor benefit.

Recharge: 12 secs
Range: equal to your vision radius (maybe bejewlled goggles will be useful now!)
Shoot a light arrow in specified direction (like boulder roll). Hits everything in its path.
Deals 200/300/400/500 dmg. Does double dmg to a 'pacified' target.
--LVL15--Phoenix Flame- requires light arrow
Deals an additional 100 unconditional dmg (this dmg can be doubled with pacify... which means you hit for a total of 1200 with light arrow). Also removes certain buffs on enemy (eg. Oaks shield (if not maxxed), TB's fire aura (until it pulses again), Acclimation, Mist).

Range: warp range of 1st three lvls are bat swarm lvl1 range, and lvl 4 is max batswarm range.
Surrounds self in light stunning enemies that r in melee range for 0.5/1/1.5/2 secs, and warps to target allies location.
Yourself and target ally are healed for 300/500/700/900 health.

Range: bit less than fireball
Specified location is set with blinding light on the ground for 5 secs (area of effect is slightly bigger than circle of fire).
Enemies in its radius have their movement speed reduced by 10%/20%/30% and take 100 dmg each second they are in it.
Your arrows now debuff targets armor by 200/300/400 armor for 3 secs. (does not stack)
If you suffer dmg by a critical hit, this deals 20%/30%/40% of that dmg back to your attacker.
If you suffer dmg by a skill, that skill takes an additional 2/4/6 secs longer to recharge.
Whenever you are healed, you heal for an additional 10%/15%/20% health.
Your movement and attack speed are increased by 4%/6%/8%.
When standing in Blinding light you are healed for 80/100/120/140 health each second.
i have a feeling this char may be a lil OP...what u think?
