Moving rally points and the Planets/Ships sidebar

I thought that it would be a bit of a time saver to use the Planets/Ships sidebar to quickly move to where I want to move the rally point. I got an unhandled win32 exception instead.

To reproduce:

Open the planets/ships sidebar.

Click a rally point.

Choose Move.

Now click a planet you'd like to move the rally point near.

Finally, attempt to place the rally point by clicking where you want it to go. KA-BOOM.
