IGN's Cheers and Tears: Strategy Games

IGN have been completing their 'Cheers and Tears' write ups for a while now, where they list 5 of the worst and 5 of the best games of a category for the last five years. Normally I wouldn't link this, however I tend to agree with this one; namely for the inclusion of Galactic Civilizations II and Sins of a Solar Empire in the 'Cheers' section.
