Forums capable of handeling polls?

quick question to anyone know knows... can these forums handle poll posts where u have x answers and can only select y of them?  nearly all the forums i've even made/been on have had the ability to do so, so i doubt this is any diffrent.  what i want to know is if an admin or something could posts a poll up at any time or is it completely disabled?
