I have a unique issue, I cannot get the game to update. Here is what I have for system specs:

Windows 7 RC --- I did get Sins of the Solar Empire to install and play just fine, and Ga, Civ II plays great too, and the Impulse now worked great until I tried to update tothe latest game.

6gb ram-Intel Core i920-9800GTX+ w/512 mg ram-320gb hard drive+(larger hard drives)

Both games and Impulse are installed on the same drive, the C drive. I finally found my case, and the serial number, so I wanted to update it. When I entered the serial, the first time I used the "-" in between the characters just like the print, that did not work, so I just went all together one after the other. When Impulse opened to update, it does not even get to the download section, and tells me my account is expired? I can still login, and I am logged in to write this. Also, when looking for threads on the forum, and finding the one I bet I need, I click on the link, and it tells me that my credentials are invalid?

Please help me get this problem fixed, even though I can still play the game, it is frustrating none the less. By the way, I recently bought  Sins of the Solar Empire, and it updated just fine?
