Playing with a custom civ using the Iconian techtree and 'Isolationist' super ability. But I think the computer took it a little too literal when it made the map. The closest habitable planet is 44pc away, and also happens to be the Yor Collective's home planet Iconia. 2pc away from that (46pc from me) is Iconia V. The system to the right of my homeworld and those between the Yor Collective and I are all 0-pq or require the techs to colonize them.

And since the Yor Collective are also 'Isolationist', it will be a pain doing a colony 'rush' with 3pc max move rate through their area.
