In Brad's interview with Three Moves Ahead he seemed to indicate that they were going to overhaul the economic system whenever they get around to Galciv 3. In fact he seemed to say the were going to throw the whole thing out (paraphrasing).
That was interesting to hear...it was sort of an aside to the main conversation, so I don't know how serious it was.
