Tech not showing in shipyard

HA Haaa![e digicons]*_*[/e] Got lucky and got my first dread lords defeated on challenging. Their planet popped up right in front of a large invasion force headed to another planet and I caught them unguarded.[e digicons]:grin:[/e]

I then got the message that i picked up subspace annilator. A nice jump from my Phasors I.

The SA tech shows as known in the tech tree but, I don't see it in my shipyard. is there a pre-req that I am missing or something?
