Serial Code

I just bought a retail version of civ2 dread lords... game works fine so far, however I am unable to register it because it states i need a 28 digit serial number...the problem is, the serial number provided with the box set is only 25 digits...

Any suggestions?

Does the serial begin with GC2-? If so, that's a CE content code, not a serial. If that is the only code in the box, you should be able to exchange it here. Otherwise, please contact [email protected] for further help.
