I suppose that it is now time to declassify some of our Nin-tech. During the Lost Millenium, Order scientists made great leaps and bounds in technology. Here are some examples.
Order ships are equipped with four layers of shields:
Absorbtion fields: These absorb energy: heat, light, kinetic, electrical, etc, and channel it into the ship to produce extra power for weapons, propulsion, and of course, shields.
Inertial Dampeners: These almost completely counteract inertia, making projectile weapons useless.
Diffusion Fields: Theses diffuse energy: Kinetic, light, electrical, etc, around the entire surface of the shield, spreading it thin and reducing the energy focused on one spot to almost nothing.
Deflector sheilds: These are conventional shields.
These shielding methods are also applied to the powered armor worn by the ground forces of the Order, and their vehicles and drop pods. The Inertial Dampeners on the drop pods allows them to drop from orbit without slowing down, and hit the ground at terminal velocity without liqufying the crew inside.
The suits of Powered armor wirn by Order ground troops has the following features:
360 degree vision: Cameras located around the helmet stream video directly to the wearers brain implant.
Powered Exoskeleton: The powered exoskeleton recieves impulses from the wearers nerves, allowing it to move just as normal muscles do. It is extremely strong, allowing the wearer to lift many, many times their weight.
Nin-Tech battery: This battery has an extremely large storage capacity, capable of keeping the suit running for more than a month without recharging.
Kinetic recharge system: In addition to solar power, the suit is cpapble of converting movement energy into electricity, greatly increasing battery life.
Full sensor suite: The helmet of the suit is equipped with many different kinds of sensors including thermal and x-ray vision, as well as composite vision, which takes images from many different sensors to produce a much more detailed view of ones surroundings.
High density armor plating: The armour of the Library Order battlesuit is made up of a solid shell of Celstial Steel compressed to an extemely high density. Not only does this provide unmatched protection, it also absorbs 100% of all radiation.
Camoflauge: The Battlesuit is equipped with two forms of camoflauge: the first is a series of tiny cameras that take in the wearers surroundings and change the color of the suit to match, and the second is a full-spectrum bending technolgy that rerouts the entire electromagnetic spectrumaround the wearer to make her or him completely invisible.
Thermal Regulaotrs: these keep the suit at a temperature cosistent with its surroundigs to make the wearer invisible to thermal scans.
Sealed Environment: The Battlesuit is completely sealed off from the outside, equipped with a rebreather and oxygen which allowes the wearer to survive anywhere, even deep space.
Jetpack: All battlesuits are equipped with a jetpack.
Integrated Weapons: The Battlesuit has a number of integrated weapons, which can be changed according to the wearers style. The most common are gauss guns and flamethrowers.
Gliding: The shields on the Battlesuit prevent it from actually touching anything, making it completely silent. Gravomagnetic fields provide traction.
In addition, all FN personell are equipped qith brain implnts which porvide instant acces to all Library data, allowing for instantaneous recoginition. This also provides the user with the capacity to make instantaneous calculations of thousands of factors, and provides a limitless memory and the ability to immediately recall any memory, no matter how distant.
FN experiments have produced a number of remarkable substances. Some of these are recorded below.
Celestial Steel: The strongest material ever documented in known space. It is also extremely light.
FC 219: An extremely flamable material that burns very hot and very bright, it was the best flamethrower fuel known untill the creation of FC 225.
FC 225: The sucessor to FC 219, it burns brighter, hotter, and longer and is the main fuel used int Library Order flamethrowers.
EC 116: The most powerful conventional explosive material yet created. Used in Library Order grenades.
More Nin-Tech will be declassified later.
