How do you DL the GalCiv2 Desktop Theme from Ultimate Edition?

I can't figure out how to get the GalCiv2 Desktop Theme from the new Ultimate Edition (which is great BTW!).  Has anyone figured out how to do so?  It's advertised on the box, but I find nothing on either disc or on Impulse.  Thanks for any help.

Actually, the theme is not a  MyColors theme, sorry for the mis-information. It is a free Theme Manager theme, sent you a  link to download it.

How is that one different from the Collectors Edition stuff you can get at teh link at the bottom of https://www.galciv2.com/ ?

Hopefully it is different as the original one does not work in Vista
