my tree wont grow

i water it and everything

1 i cant find the trees allready in the game only the mod trees so i dont know where to save it when it is finished

2 i try to load a tree from the example but it only changes the display name in the editer i want to see how it should look but shouldent the other things change

3 ive messed around with the editer a bit and how do i make it unlock things like new improvements as in a xeno farm

Damn. i was going to ask do you water it? Untill i noticed your tag line it is tho....

This for TA? The default trees are located in,

C:\Your GC2 Installation Location\GalCiv2\Twilight\Data\English\TechTrees

To save your modded tree place it in,

C:\Your GC2 Installation Location\GalCiv2\Twilight\Mods\Data\TechTrees

Very similar paths for DL and DA.

I have only scratched around with the editor myself, editing the XML.s directly is my preffered method.
