Is there a simple (or even not so simple) way that I can disable the Terrain Alliance's super ability and/or lesson their diplomatic modifiers?
I like playing as them, but I'm finding it too easy (and advantagious) to avoid war. In my last game, I won a diplomatic victory without a single battle. I'm beginning a new game and I want to be "good" ethically; don't want to start aggressive wars, but rather I'd like to be attacked or war to protect my allies.
If I can't disable the Terrain Alliance's super ability or lower their diplomatic bonuses, is there anything else I can do while setting up a game to make other races declare war on me? I already set the "evil" races aggression to high (between 75 and 100).
