Note on Blizzard vs MDY case

I don't know where the original thread went, but a note for thoase keeping tabs on the Blizzard vs MDY court case:

A new court document is out, and basically MDY lost. Blizzard has the green light for an injunction against the continued sale, distribution, and servicing of Glider.
