Need help with my computer (Hardware issue)

So as some of you may know, I recently got my new computer parts. I built it last night and after some issues got the BIOS to work. So then I closed the case 100% and moved it to my desk and then... the mother board beeps about a power issue. Since I'm lazy more detail is here. Can any of you techies out there help me? If the issue persists to this weekend I'll try to borrow my friend's video card and use that instead (to see if that is the issue). I really hope I don't have to send any parts back to Newegg
