Where is GalCiv II 2.0 for the Ultimate Edition

I cant find it anywhere, here, galciv2.com, kalypsomedia.com or Impulse.

I have the box version bought in the UK from amazon.co.uk but the serial number sticker says 'serial number' in german.

 UPDATE - I am not on my own PC (at work at moment) and there is various blocking etc on it, because of this the forum page did mot disply properly but now I have noticed poss dated December 7 saying it should be soon.

Added this as a new post (https://forums.stardock.com/332325) - So a new question is when it is released will I have to create another impluse account to register the game (to be honest I cant remember what I did the first time) or will my current one work?
