Two Quick Questions...

Hi guys, just two things:

 

In my shipbuilder, why do the small hulls have 5 hit points but the large hulls have 1 hit point?  Is this a bug of some kind?

 

Also, when I updated recently, it destroyed my frame rate, do the latest versions run worse than older versions?

On the shipbuilder, it sounds like your small hulls are really "Tiny" hulls, and the large hulls are really "Cargo" hulls.  Correct?  That is by design.  Cargo hulls are intended to be large, non-fighting ships.

 

On the frame rate, did you check all your preferences?  I don't pretend to know what's going on, but I'm pretty sure the update resets your preferences.

you're right about the ships, thank you! I didn't think of that. 

 

as far as the preferences, I played with default settings and it ran great, after the update, still using default settings, it unplayable.  1-2 frames per second.

If you're using an integrated chipset, make sure that enhanced ship rendering is still disabled.
