Missing Governors?

I've GCII v.1.53.136, DA v.2.00.104 and TOTA v.2.00.028 (English) - so says Impulse.


According to the "Galactic Civilizations II 2.0 Released!" article on the home page of the site www.galciv2.com, the new features include - among the others - "New planetary governors for automating the building of planets".
Now, where are they?


If I click on the "Details" button of a planet screen and, then, on the "Governors" button, a little window pops up. It has on the top a drop-down list presenting "NONE" as the default choice. When I expand the list, it's void, except for those absurd "NONE".


What I'm missing - or it's a bug?

You need to create a governor from the new Planetary Governors sub-tab on the Governors tab of the Civilization Manager (F6). After you create a build list there and name it, it should be available as a pick when you click Governor on the Details for a planet. If you still can't pick a governor from a planet Details screen and you can see it on the Planetary Governors tab in Civ Manager, then you might have a problem with your installation or the particular game (e.g. if you started under 1.96 and are trying to finish with 2.0).

It works best if you use the default font, then people can resize it in their browsers (ctrl + mouse wheel). That way all the text is the same size.
