Ok, I am super excited about EWOM, and was wondering if you guys could suggest a game for me to get to tide me over until it comes out! Preferably a game that is similar to what Elemental will be

Heroes of Might and Magic 5 - tribes of the east (the second expansion which is a stand alone and lacks.. nothing apart the first two campaigns)
Age of wonders II: shadow magic
Medieval total war 2 perhaps ? .. or Empire Total war when that comes out next year.
I think I'm going to try out Fall from Heaven mod. It looks pretty good...and I have Civ4 so I won't have to spend money!

Fall from Heaven is a great great choice. Try the first (that is with the mods of "beyond the sword") then get the second version which is so cool.

Do you mean I should play fall from heaven 1 first? What do mean by second version?
Also while were on the topic, does anyone know of a good Warhammer mod of Civ4?
Fall from heaven 1 is in the mods of beyond the sword. It's a really interesting mod because it has a story. In fact it's more a tutorial to fall from heaven 2. But no replay value I think. Fall from heaven 2 is really really close to master of magic (minus the items, which can't be forged)

Oh ok, cool. Ya I've been playing FH2 for about 2 hours now and it's pretty cool! It's taking awhile to get used to but so far it pretty fun.
Anybody have some screen shots of the civ 4 fall from heaven? I do not have civ 4 I would like to see if it's worth buying first.
