Downloaded DA via Inpulse; game thinks Blind Exploration is always enabled

As stated above, I installed DA via Impulse, and when I start a game, the mini-map is greyed out as if Blind Exploration is on EVEN WHEN IT IS NOT ENABLED. This also occurs is DL.
