Mods for TA are not running from the TA mods folder

They are not running from C:\Program Files\Stardock\TotalGaming\GalCiv2\Twilight\Mods

Instead they are running from C:\Program Files\Stardock\TotalGaming\GalCiv2\Mods, but they do seem to be running okay

How can I get the game to run them from C:\Program Files\Stardock\TotalGaming\GalCiv2\Twilight\Mods, or do I even need to?

If you hit the 'default' button in the mod picker in TA's options, it'll create a mods folder under TA and look for mods there.

I just got done last night combinding your Hull System mod for TA and the High Resolution Graphics Mod v2.0 as mentioned here by Moosetek13:
