So I am not sure about what the AI might actually do, but I can say that, after playing these races you can get a better sense what each rase is strong at. It is a safe bet that you will see trends in the AI based on this.

For instance, if you are playing Korath or Drengins, expect evil alignment. Early attack (i.e. Planetary invasion early) and basic bully tactics. They have very similar tech trees so they do a lot of mainly the same thing.

Drath will attempt to manipulate others into attacking you. You will sometimes see a pop-up that will say "We have been paid handsomely to attack you. Prepare to die." or some such. This is the Drath.

Expect the Atlarian Resistance to basically out research the heck out of everyone. They will focus most of their strategy on being at the top of the food chain.

Acearens will move a LOT slower than the others. but they will spread out and make some fairly unassailable colonies. They also get first strike so expect that, in a conflict of equal ships that they will win.

Expect the Torians to simply out populate the heck out of everyone. they will grab as many planets early on as they can and just mob the worlds. This, in turn, will help boost their research and production due to the large number of planets under their control.

The Yor main strength is in being militarily pretty good, but they are great at expansion as well. And they have a lot of buildings that are unique techs. Their worlds will be almost totally alien to yours (meaning that invasion tactics like Tidal Waves will be just as good as anything. All of their buildings are going away anyway).

I am sure others will pipe in with some more specifics. Also look up the 101 for TA on these forums. That will give you more details on tactics that work for each race. Then expect some similar things to show in the AI tactics.
