At least that's what it claims.  The old stardock central is simple.  Open, it checks, sees update, I hit update it does it.  Impulse a couple of times has given me a message about an old version of the game being there and needing to be unistalled before the update can be installed.  Honestly never tried it to see if it really will uninstall one of the expansions just to update it.  I have enough connection trouble I don't really wanna have to download the whole expansion again if it gets wiped.
