I'm guessing that support is swamped because of the upcoming release of The Political Machine or something, because it has been a week with nothing but an automated email response from them on this. (Even with follow ups to the original submission.) Hopefully, one of you might have an idea, because I'm hoping I'm not SOL:
Long story short, because of some weird issues that I have with my account, when I order new games through TGN, my account gets all screwed up and reset to my old email address. This time, I also lost my metaverse character. It's still on the score board/ranking list...but it's lost from my profile and I can't submit any games under it. Anyone know how I might get it back?
