TA: Right click or Double click on Technology causes CTD

Not sure if it's just me, or is it for everyone?

Whenever I right click on tech tree or try open up tech detail, the game will crash to desktop. Is this a known bug? (I can't seem to find it mentioned in the forum.

Opps, never mind. Problem solved.

I found an earlier post about the same problem. It seems to be caused by "regional setting" of your computer.

For other's reference:

Both me and the other person's computer are running Chinese windows. And our regional setting are both in Chinese countries. As soon as changing it to US, the problem is solved.
