I don't think you can scroll to it.

But the message will tell you who is going to take it from you and where it was beaming them. Like, "They are tired of beamin to --Earth--and would rather beam them to the --Drengin.--" etc.

So, go to the planet that is getting that asteroid -as it was listed in your message,- and then follow the line that leads to an asteroid with a Red Skull over it.

Or if you have Ownership checked on the minimap on the bottom right of your screen, then you should be able to find it easily enough by going to the area that another race is taking your influence.

Hint:

Don't bother mining asteroids that are in someone else's territory or by an uncolonized planet. Since, once someone colonizes that planet, they will flip that asteroid. And, if someone is pushing your influence away from an asteroid that is right by your planet, then you have bigger problems than losing your asteroid and you need to fight back.
