If I order TotA will I get it right away? part 2

If I get TotA by credit card, do I a) get it right away, when I download it, do I get it as a file or does it dowload as the patches download for the GalCiv2?

My laptop has a slow internet connections so I was wundering if I could transfer the files to my main computer then transfer to the lap top. When I updated Dark Avatar, it took over 45 minutes. Will it take that long for TotA?

Any help would be greatly appricaitated, got a credit card now and was wundering if i should get it this way.

Yes, and you'll download via SDC as with patches. SDC can also be used to archive the downloads so you can move them to another machine without redownloading. As I recall the TA download is at least 300mb, so plan accordingly based on your connection speed.
