There is a little proggy that Netriak has brought up to date for TA called "Galactopedia". It draws it's info from the game files, shows all the tech trees, as well as all of the planetary improvements for the various races.

Well, i believe that IS the point with unique tech-trees... it provides huge variable conditions including Ethics' impact or advantages.

No longer do we have to rush for the exclusivity of some Galactic buildings too unless we know by who and when (planets sidebar scanning, anyone!) that precious stuff could slip away from us.

Don't be fooled - there are still common things to gain or waste, but in general the huge complexity introduced by renaming, relocating, taking or giving this and that to one or many is a fantastic gameplay context. To me, it simply gives a whole new meaning to luck and what else.

My Ethics choice always refer to which opponents are present or can serve as potential targets; call me a thief for building an exclusive Temple - first!
