Korx buggy AI

Hello all,

I'm rather advanced in a Gigantic game, and the Korx AI don't build a single combat ship (defence rating 0) but only loads of troops transports to defend its world! Its empire is quite big though, so it has the resources to do so.

What they lack in places, they should compensate in other areas. Have you checked their Financial records or planetary assets?
Declare a formal war to them and see if they somehow react in a predictable fashion.
