Hello!
I recently purchased the GalCiv2 ultimate bundle pack.
I downloaded stardock central, updated it, and then changed the default download folder to something different. I then downloaded, installed, and patched GalCiv2 and all the expansions. Then, I checked the new download folder I created and realized that there were now a whole host of subfolders that were created during the download and patch process. I guess I didn't think there would be so many folders and files - and the new folder I created is no longer where I want stardock central to download to. I changed the download folder back to the default, and then moved all the downloaded files from the new folder to the stardock central default folder.
Now - are my installations going to be bugged since i've swapped files from the new folder I created to the original default folder? Should I uninstall and then re-install? I did a search for some of the files found in the download folder, thinking maybe they were simply temporary, and i'd find a copy of the file somewhere in the installation directory for GalCiv2. Now i'm thinking that this download folder has a whole host of files that are needed as part of the updating process, and i've just switched the folder locations and now the installations will be looking for these new files in the wrong folder.
Please advise, and thanks in advance.
