I am just a player, not the worlds most fancy tester - but wanted to point out two odd things from my last game:

1)  While in the building mode (no one had gone to war yet) a civ called me up and said they hated themselves because of the attrocites they had commited to themselves, and surrendered to me.  Very odd!

2)  The Krynn eventually beat me in the same game with Ascention.  Being the curious person I let it ride out to the end and the closing text said I was DEFEATED but the text said I had ascended.  Not true!

Still, having fun and know lil things like these would get corrected, and just helping pointing them out.
