Research Cost Bug? - ToA v1.91

Version v1.91 Twilight of the Arnor last updated on: Thu May 1 12:15:51 2008

On turn 2228-04-01, I research "Basic Miniaturization" and then on the next turn all the remaining techs research costs have DOUBLED!!! I know research costs increase with each researched tech but this seems more like an April Fools Joke!
