Twilight Placeholder Tech Description

While playing as the Altarians I noticed that Xeno Mysticism still has the "TODO" placeholder tech description. I saw it in the beta thinking it would be a quick fix; guess it was overlooked.

And yes, I'm using a clean installation.

Let me double check to make sure tehre wasn't a file messup.  So many files.

Yep, I started as the Altarians, and came across the same thing. (In fact I jumped out of the game to see if anyone else spotted it...)

Yea my theory is that a few of my late text tweaks didn't go in. Nothing game wise but description stuff. I'll make sure it gets on the updater for this week.
